Ottimo supporto. La nostra bicicletta era difettosa e la sera stessa ne abbiamo ricevuta una sostitutiva, compreso il servizio navetta per la bicicletta difettosa fino alla destinazione successiva. Superiore! Non c'è niente di meglio!

Siamo felici di aver portato a buon fine l’esigenza del nostro amico Fritz! La nostra soddisfazione è stata anche di aver potuto testare tramite il cliente la nostra e-bike full da Sottoguda (Hotel Montanara) fino a Fiè allo Sciliar (Bz), percorrendo sentieri tecnici e impegnativi in alta quota. Grazie ancora e arrivederci alla prossima stagione. Francesco - [nota: il cliente durante il tour nelle Dolomiti aveva rotto il motore alla propria e-bike. La Big Bang ha garantito la fornitura di una nostra e-bike sostitutiva per concludere il tour nella giornata successiva, il trasporto della bike rotta del cliente sino all’albergo sito sull’Altipiano di Siusi, il ritiro della nostra.] Wir freuen uns, den Wunsch unseres Freundes Fritz erfüllt zu haben! Unsere Zufriedenheit bestand auch darin, dass wir unser komplettes E-Bike durch den Kunden von Sottoguda (Hotel Montanara) nach Völs am Schlern (Bz) testen konnten, wobei wir auf technischen und anspruchsvollen Wegen in großer Höhe unterwegs waren. Nochmals vielen Dank und bis zur nächsten Saison. Francesco - [Hinweis: Der Kunde hatte während der Tour in den Dolomiten einen Motorschaden an seinem E-Bike. Big Bang garantierte die Bereitstellung eines unserer Ersatz-E-Bikes zum Abschluss der Tour am nächsten Tag, den Transport des kaputten Fahrrads des Kunden zum Hotel am Seiser Hochplateau und die Abholung unseres Fahrrads.]We are happy to have fulfilled the request of our friend Fritz! Our satisfaction was also to have been able to test our full e-bike through the customer from Sottoguda (Hotel Montanara) to Fiè allo Sciliar (Bz), riding along technical and challenging trails at high altitude.
